Wholesale
Ordering Information
Substantial discounts are available to organizations
that purchase in bulk. There is a minimum requirement
of 25 units. All Prices will be FOB. The Purchaser
assumes full responsibility for shipping and insurance.
All orders will be shipped within 14 days of receipt
of cleared funds and signed contracts. There is
no returns policy for wholesale purchases. All
Bionational products have been formulated in a
cGMP facility. If you are interested in the wholesale

Return Policy:
CLAIMS
arising from damaged goods, shortages, or incorrect
shipments must be reported to info@bionational.com
within 10 days of receipt. Return the carton and
the damaged product for delivery service inspection,
at which time, if warranted, we will credit your
account or send a replacement shipment.
RETURN POLICY:
If you are not satisfied with any of our products, simply return the unused
portion to the address on your package, along with a brief explanation, within
30 days. We will promptly provide a refund for any unopened products including
unopened boxes, bottles or vials of any of our products minus shipping. Bionational
charges a 15% restocking fee on all goods returned for any reason other than;
damaged goods, shortages or incorrect shipments.
Please note that although Bionational makes every effort to source the highest
quality supplements that are documented by actual clinical research, we cannot
guarantee any specific results.

Bionational Shipping Costs and Methods
How fast do we ship out orders?
We ship within 48 hours from the time your order
is placed. Please note that Bionational Pharmaceuticals
is no longer located in the United States and
has recently relocated to the United Kingdom.
We successfully ship our products around the world
and hope that you will provide us the opportunity
to serve your needs in obtaining the unique supplements
that we are able to offer.

Procedures: To ensure successful delivery
we attach a customs form to every package that
states the following; "Lubricant Eye Drops",
and we find that this statement satisfies most
customs offices however we cannot be responsible
for any seizures that occur at your local customs
office and therefore no refunds will be given
for items that may be seized by customs. Bionational
Pharmaceuticals cannot be held liable for any
customs duties or taxes that arise from your local
customs office in the event of a seizure. Bionational
will also not be held responsible for any additional
fee the local carrier in your country may charge.
Our international shipping prices reflect the
base shipping charge not including customs duties,
taxes and country specific fees. Our fees ONLY
reflect the cost for us to ship your order to
your country. If you are unsure of your country's
import policies, please check with them before
ordering as Bionational cannot be held responsible
for custom seizures. You may also contact us directly
